Oven Baked Mahi Mahi Recipe
  1. Thaw the fish according to the package directions. While the fish thaws, preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a large baking dish.

  2. Once thawed, pat the filets dry and place them in the prepared baking dish.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the seasonings then use a pastry brush to apply the olive oil to all sides of the fish.

  4. Sprinkle half the seasonings on one side of the fish. Flip the fish over and sprinkle the filets with the remaining seasoning.

  5. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes or until the temperature reaches 145°F on an instant-read thermometer. Serve immediately!
