Add half a diced white onion to the seasoned meat and mix together
Form four even portions of the meat mixture
Press the meat onto each mini tortilla evenly and as thin as possible
Cook on high heat for about 1 minute
Press down on the meat while cooking
Flip over to let the bottom crisp up
Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each taco and let it melt
Mix together mayonnaise, yellow mustard, pickle juice, white vinegar, gherkin relish, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder to make burger sauce
Top each taco with lettuce, onion, pickles, and burger sauce
