Carrot Wraps
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan

  2. Line a swiss roll tin with non-stick parchment paper (32 x 23 x 2.5cm)

  3. Lightly oil the paper if you wish

  4. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl

  5. Pour onto the tray

  6. Smooth and spread evenly with a rubber spatula

  7. Bake for 25 minutes approximately

  8. Cool for a few minutes, then peel off the paper

  9. Fill with your favourite sandwich filling

  10. Roll, cut and enjoy
