Preheat the oven to 180°C fan
Line a swiss roll tin with non-stick parchment paper (32 x 23 x 2.5cm)
Lightly oil the paper if you wish
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
Pour onto the tray
Smooth and spread evenly with a rubber spatula
Bake for 25 minutes approximately
Cool for a few minutes, then peel off the paper
Fill with your favourite sandwich filling
Roll, cut and enjoy
