Red Lobster Shrimp scampi
  1. FIRST STEP:Heat the Olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.

  2. Season both sides of the shrimp with Salt, pepper and 1 tsp of Old Bay Seasoning

  3. Cook shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side, using a tongs to flip them over

  4. When shrimp are cooked, set on a plate and off to the side

  5. SECOND STEP:Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute

  6. Add the white wine and lemon juice, deglaze the pan with this mix by using a wooden spoon or spatula to scrape the bottom of the pan

  7. THIRD STEP:Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes

  8. Stir in the butter and the remaining Old Bay Seasoning

  9. Cook until the butter melts into the sauce

  10. FOURTH STEP:Add the shrimp back into the skillet

  11. If desired, season with salt and black pepper

  12. Garnish with grated parmesan and chopped parsley
