In a mason jar or small bowl, combine the salt, black pepper, white pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried oregano, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
Mix the spices until well combined.
Store the seasoning in a jar or container with an airtight lid and keep it in the pantry or right alongside where you store all of your other dried spices/seasonings.
Use this homemade Creole Cajun Seasoning to season or marinate poultry, fish, beef, pork, roast veggies/potatoes, and everything in between. Enjoy!
