Preheat the oven to 180C fan
Place the cocktail sausages in an oven tray, drizzle with a little oil, toss to coat and place into the oven for 15 minutes
While the sausages are cooking, mix wholegrain and Dijon mustard, soy sauce and honey together in a bowl
Transfer 1 tbsp of that mixture to a second bowl, add the mayonnaise and mix until fully combined, then place in the fridge
After 15 minutes, pour the glaze over the sausages, mix and ensure each one is well coated, then place back into the oven for another 15-20 minutes, mixing every 5 minutes
Spread the honey mustard mayonnaise onto a plate, top with the sausages, sliced spring onions and sesame seeds
