High Protein Burritos

    High protein burritos to gain muscle.

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 F (200 C).

  2. Cook ground beef until browned then add the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, cumin, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix in the water and cook for an addtional 5 minutes and set aside.

  3. In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, mayo, chipotle paste, lime juice, honey, garlic powder, and salt. Blend until evenly mixed.

  4. In a large enough mixing bowl combine the season beef, the blended mix, grated mozzarella, grated cheddar, and chopped cilantro or parsley until evenly mixed.

  5. In a tortilla, put in portion of the mix and roll up into a burrito. Continue until no remaining mix.

  6. On a foil lined cooking tray, place each burrito seam side down and spray with cooking spray and addtional chopped cilantro or parsley and cook for 8-10 minutes. You may optionally cook in an air fryer for the same time at 350 F (180 C).
