Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the mixture.
Place the coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
While the cauliflower is cooking, mix together the maple syrup, olive oil, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Add the cubed tofu to the bowl and gently toss to coat.
Once the cauliflower is done, set it aside and preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) again if needed.
Place the tofu cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the tofu is crispy on the outside.
Combine the cooked cauliflower and tofu in a large bowl.
