  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

  2. Add the oil and water to the dry ingredients. Mix until the dough begins to come together, then knead until smooth and elastic.

  3. Pinch off small pieces of the dough and roll them into balls, approximately the size of a golf ball.

  4. Flatten each ball with a rolling pin on a lightly floured surface to your preferred thickness.

  5. Heat a non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium heat.
