WHISKY HOT HONEY
  1. Add the honey, chilli flakes and spices to a pan and heat it till the honey turns viscous.

  2. Swirl it around to combine.

  3. Add the whisky and leave to infuse.

  4. Strain into a jar or squeezy bottle for ease of use.
