Chai Concentrate
  1. Add water, coconut sugar, cinnamon sticks, ginger, star anise, cloves, and cardamom to a saucepan.

  2. Bring to a boil over low-medium heat.

  3. Let simmer for 5 minutes, stirring every so often.

  4. Turn off the heat and let the pan sit covered for 20 minutes.

  5. Strain and transfer the liquid to a mason jar.

  6. Add four black tea bags and let steep at room temperature.

  7. Once cooled, remove the tea bags and store the concentrate in the fridge for up to 2 weeks!
