Preheat oven to 350° F
Layer the macaroni with the cheese in a buttered 13x9 pan.
In a bowl, combine evaporated milk, one can of water, and eggs.
Pour milk mixture over macaroni until just barely covering.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour, or until set and lightly browned.
Notes: Salt the layers during assembly. Kim's mix of cheese is extra sharp cheddar, and a small amount of pepper jack.
