Pour batter into tray and level it
Bake for 20-25 minutes until slightly soft in the center
Let cool completely
Crumble the cooled brownie
Pour condensed milk over crumbs
Mix until a moldable paste forms
Shape into small cone-shaped balls
Press Chocapic cereal into the exterior to create pine cone texture
Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to harden
Sprinkle powdered sugar on top
