Basil Pesto Pizza Rolls
  1. Mix the dough ingredients together with a spoon and quick knead.

  2. Cover with clingfilm and let it sit for 20 minutes or up to 2 hours.

  3. Flour your surface well as this dough is sticky, knead for a few minutes and then cut into 8 pieces.

  4. Shape each ⅛ into a round and roll it out, add some pesto, then basil and mozzarella and garlic mix.

  5. Pinch together as shown in the reel and gently roll out again. Too fast and they may burst. If you do get holes just pinch them together with your fingers.

  6. Place on a baking sheet with greaseproof paper and brush with oil.

  7. Bake for 7-9 minutes (bake each tray separately).
