Chilli Pesto Chicken Thighs
  1. In a large bowl, add the chicken thighs. Add all of the mentioned ingredients and mix to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.

  2. Set your air fryer to 200c. Place the chicken thighs on the tray, skin side up. Cook for 20-22 minutes, turning half way through. Once the cooking cycle is done, check the chicken is cooked through. Remove from the tray.

  3. Carefully, pour the remaining juices from the air fryer tray into a bowl and brush on the chicken. Top with some fresh parsley and serve! Enjoy!
