In a blender, combine all the ingredients except for the date molasses along with a pinch of salt flakes. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
Pour the blended mixture into a Ninja Swirl by CREAMi container. Secure the lid and place it in the freezer for 24 hours.
After freezing, take off the lid and insert the pint container into the outer bowl of the appliance. Attach the processing lid onto the outer bowl and then place the outer bowl into the appliance.
Select the 'soft serve' option followed by 'lite ice cream'. Once the processing is complete, remove the tub from the outer bowl and cover it with the dispensing lid.
Insert the tub into the dispense opening on the appliance. To serve, open the dispenser and press down on the lever to dispense the soft serve into four small serving bowls.
Drizzle with date molasses and serve immediately.
