  1. Mix cooked rice with rice vinegar, honey, and salt

  2. Flatten the sushi rice mixture in a plastic wrap lined dish

  3. Freeze for at least 30 minutes or longer

  4. Cut the frozen rice into bite-sized squares

  5. Heavily brush the squares with avocado oil

  6. Air fry at 400°F for about 30 minutes until crispy

  7. Mix canned salmon with ponzu sauce, sesame oil, Japanese mayo, and sriracha

  8. Top crispy rice bites with spicy salmon mixture

  9. Garnish with avocado slices, unagi sauce, and furikake
