Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a mini muffin pan.
Combine cookie mix, melted butter, flour, egg, and coloring until just mixed.
Flatten a tablespoon of dough and place a Hershey’s hug in the center.
Wrap dough around the hug to create a smooth ball.
Bake 10–12 minutes until edges look set.
Add sprinkles immediately while warm.
Let cool 15 minutes before removing from the pan.
