Garlic Butter Chicken Power Bowls
  1. Preheat air fryer to 385°. Trim excess fat off chicken and season liberally with garlic butter seasonings. Combine ingredients for garlic butter in Pyrex measuring cup and spread garlic butter all over chicken. Air fry chicken in batches on 6-8 min cycles.

  2. Cook farro following package instructions

  3. While chicken is cooking, dice green beans into 0.5” inch pieces and set aside in medium mixing bowl. Add miso paste, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and salt. Stir to combine.

  4. Heat a wok or skillet on medium heat and drizzle some canola oil in the pan. Once oil is heated, add diced green bean mixture and stir. Cook green bean for 3 minutes and then add ¼ cup water. Cover green beans and simmer for another 3 mins until tender.

  5. Return green bean mixture to medium mixing bowl and add cooked farro. Stir to combine. Add pulverized/shredded/diced carrots and stir pilaf until fully incorporated.

  6. Serve bowls with farro pilaf as base and chicken diced on top.
