Heather Brown's Cinnamon Rolls
  1. Scald milk and butter, cool to lukewarm.

  2. Blend eggs, and ⅓ c. sugar.

  3. Slowly add salt and yeast.

  4. Slowly add sifted flour until dough is smooth and elastic.

  5. Knead for 10 minutes.

  6. Place in greased bowl, cover and let rise until double in bulk.

  7. Punch down and roll out to ½ inch thickness.

  8. Spread with melted butter and cinnamon sugar.

  9. Roll up and cut into 1 ½ inch slices.

  10. Place in greased pan, cover and let rise until double.

  11. Bake at 350 for 15-20 min.
