Tteokgalbi (korean Rice Cake Patties)
  1. Chop the rice cakes, mince and stir fry the onions, and chop the scallions

  2. Mix everything together and form a tightly packed patty in your hands

  3. Pan fry 4-5 minutes on each side until the meat is browned and rice cakes are crispy

  4. OR, air fry at 380F for 15 minutes (check half way and flip)

  5. Enjoy with a bowl of rice and kimchi! Keep them frozen in a zip-lock bag and cook as you need
