Chop the rice cakes, mince and stir fry the onions, and chop the scallions
Mix everything together and form a tightly packed patty in your hands
Pan fry 4-5 minutes on each side until the meat is browned and rice cakes are crispy
OR, air fry at 380F for 15 minutes (check half way and flip)
Enjoy with a bowl of rice and kimchi! Keep them frozen in a zip-lock bag and cook as you need
