Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers
  1. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, freshly grated parmesan cheese, olive oil, Montreal chicken seasoning, garlic powder, cajun seasoning, and smoked paprika until the mixture is smooth.

  2. Add the bite-sized pieces of chicken to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Set the chicken aside.

  3. To prepare the baste, mix the very soft salted butter, chopped fresh parsley, minced garlic, freshly grated parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and black pepper in a bowl until everything is well combined.

  4. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, making sure they will fit in your air fryer; trim the skewers if necessary.

  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and spray the basket with olive oil spray.

  6. Place the skewers in the air fryer and cook for 8 minutes.

  7. After 8 minutes, baste the top of the skewers with the butter sauce, then flip them over and baste the other side.

  8. Continue cooking for an additional 8 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.

  9. Baste the skewers one last time with the butter sauce and sprinkle with more parmesan cheese before serving immediately.
