Sweet And Spicy Chicken
  1. Take your thicky boy thighs and cut them into half inch chunks.

  2. In a bowl, toss in your cornstarch, salt, pepper and garlic and coat your chicken in the mixture thoroughly.

  3. Place your chicken in the air fryer, spray with oil, and cook at 375 degrees for 18 minutes.

  4. For the sauce, combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger, gochujang honey, sugar and sesame oil.

  5. Throw your sauce in a pan and continue to cook until thickened.

  6. Add your chicken and sauce and mix until well combined.

  7. Add your chicken to a fresh bowl of rice and optionally garnished with sesame seeds and scallions.
