Fat Bomb Fluff Recipe
  1. Use a large mixing bowl to allow the cream to expand when whipped. Optional: Chill bowl and beaters for 10 minutes before mixing.

  2. Pour heavy cream into the chilled bowl. Use an electric mixer on medium-high speed to beat until soft peaks form.

  3. Fold in Greek yogurt and cream cheese. Mix on medium speed until fully smooth.

  4. Gradually add protein powder to prevent clumping or flying powder. Mix on low speed first, then increase to high until fully combined.

  5. Spoon in peanut butter or almond butter. Mix until smooth and fully integrated.

  6. Add powdered sweetener, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix thoroughly. Taste and adjust sweetness.

  7. If making chocolate fluff, add cocoa powder and blend until smooth.

  8. Refrigerate the mixture for 15–30 minutes.

  9. Scoop the fluff into bowls, cups, or dessert glasses. Top with fresh berries, chocolate pieces, nuts, or coconut flakes.
