Rosemary Salt
  1. Add kosher salt to a food processor

  2. Smash garlic cloves with the back of a knife and peel

  3. Add smashed garlic to the food processor

  4. Strip rosemary sprigs by pinching at the top and stripping down with your other hand

  5. Pick sage leaves off the stem one by one

  6. Add rosemary and sage herbs to the food processor

  7. Zest the lemon using a microplane, working your way around the lemon

  8. Add lemon zest to the food processor

  9. Pulse the mixture a few times, taking breaks to help it mix evenly

  10. Continue blending for about one minute until well combined

  11. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator

  12. Use within 2-3 weeks for optimal freshness
