Easy Applesauce Pancakes

4 oz applesauce

1 egg

¼ c flour

½ tsp baking powder

2 tbsp. butter

Select all/reset

Whisk together all the ingredients except the butter
Heat a skillet to medium with butter. Pour in mixture to make small pancakes. Cook on both sides till brown & golden.

NOTE : You can substitute the applesauce for any standard pouch of baby food.
