Chicken Tikka Kebabs
  1. Step 1 - In bowl, add the chicken and all of the ingredients mentioned. Mix to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.

  2. Step 2 - Grab a skewer and pierce through a piece. I add 5-6 pieces on each skewer.

  3. Step 3 - Set the air fryer to 200c. Place the chicken skewers in a single layer. Cook for 20 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking cycle. Once done, check the chicken kebabs are cooked through.

  4. Step 3 - Remove from the air fryer, top with fresh coriander and serve. Enjoy
