3-ingredient Cottage Cheese Pizza Crust
  1. Preheat your oven to 450° Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then lightly grease the top of the parchment paper with oil.

  2. Add the cottage cheese to a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth.

  3. Mix together the all purpose flour and baking powder in a large bowl, then add in the cottage cheese and mix (you might need to use your hands) until it comes together into a ball of dough.

  4. Transfer the dough to your prepared baking sheet and press/roll it into a 12-inch circle.

  5. Place the pizza crust in the oven and par-bake for 10-12 minutes, then remove it from the oven and add your toppings.

  6. Turn the oven to high broil then pop the pizza back into the oven for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.

  7. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
