Cook spaghetti until al dente, drain, drizzle with olive oil, set aside
Mix Parmesan, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl; coat chicken strips
Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in skillet; sear chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden
In same skillet, melt remaining butter; sauté garlic for 30 seconds
Stir in cream and broth; simmer 3–4 minutes, scraping browned bits
Add Parmesan and red pepper flakes; stir until smooth
Return chicken and spaghetti to skillet; toss until coated
Garnish with parsley; serve hot
