Garlic Parmesan Chicken Spaghetti In Spicy Cajun Cream Sauce
  1. Cook spaghetti until al dente, drain, drizzle with olive oil, set aside

  2. Mix Parmesan, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl; coat chicken strips

  3. Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in skillet; sear chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden

  4. In same skillet, melt remaining butter; sauté garlic for 30 seconds

  5. Stir in cream and broth; simmer 3–4 minutes, scraping browned bits

  6. Add Parmesan and red pepper flakes; stir until smooth

  7. Return chicken and spaghetti to skillet; toss until coated

  8. Garnish with parsley; serve hot
