Preheat the oven at 180ºC.
Fold the puff pastry together, press firmly, and cut out approximately 6 cm circles (e.g., using a glass).
Place on a baking sheet, brush with the egg yolk and milk mixture, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in the oven for approximately 10-15 minutes.
Finely dice the cucumber, bell pepper, salmon, and feta.
For the salmon filling, finely dice the slamon and cucumber, and mix with 1 packet of the herb cream cheese, salt, and pepper.
For the pepper filling, finely chop the bell pepper and feta, and mix with 1 packet of the herb cream cheese, sweet paprika, salt, and pepper.
Open the puff pastry circles and fill with both fillings.
