Kimchi Mandu Dumpling Lasagna Cups
  1. Mix together chopped kimchi, ground pork, tofu, Korean chives, soy sauce, minced garlic, sugar, gochugaru, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly combined

  2. Spoon about 2-3 Tbsp filling into a round glass storage container

  3. Dip a dumpling wrapper in water and place it over the filling

  4. Add another spoonful of filling, then another wet wrapper

  5. Repeat layering filling and wrappers until the container is full

  6. Bring water to a boil in a steamer

  7. Place containers inside and steam for about 15 minutes, until fully cooked

  8. Garnish with chopped green onions or chives and sesame seeds
