In a large bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, self-rising flour, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for 1-2 minutes until it comes together.
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
Use your finger to poke a hole in the center of each ball and gently stretch the dough to form a bagel shape.
Place the bagels on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
