White Chocolate Cranberry Fudge
  1. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with foil and lightly spray with cooking spray. Set aside.

  2. Combine sugar, sour cream, butter, and salt in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently.

  3. Bring to a boil and cook to soft-ball stage (238°F) using a candy thermometer.

  4. Remove from heat; stir in white chocolate chips until melted and smooth.

  5. Stir in marshmallow creme and vanilla until evenly combined.

  6. Fold in dried cranberries gently.

  7. Pour into prepared pan, spread evenly, cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 4 hours before cutting.
