Creamy Paprika Chicken & Crispy Potatoes
  1. Cut potatoes into chunks, coat in olive oil, salt and pepper. Air fry for 20 minutes at 180 degrees C.

  2. Add all of the sauce ingredients into a jar and shake to mix.

  3. Next, flatten the chicken and season with salt, pepper and paprika then pan fry on each side

  4. Finally, add in the spinach and the creamy sauce.

  5. Leave to simmer & serve with the potatoes and broccoli.
