Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
In a small bowl, whisk together miso paste, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
Place salmon in air fryer basket and brush with the miso glaze.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve immediately.
