Sauté onion until lightly translucent
Sear beef in a patty on high heat
Season top side with chicken bouillon, garlic powder, and pepper
Once deeply seared, flip beef and chop with spatula, mixing in onions as well
Lower heat to medium and place American cheese on top to melt
Once melted, chop the cheese into the beef and form into bun shape
Slice sub roll and put ketchup/Mayo (or whatever sauce you want) inside
Place interior of roll on top of the beef in the pan to steam the roll for about 30 seconds
Flip everything into the sub roll and place on large piece of foil
Add toppings of choice (I did lettuce & tomato)
Wrap the sandwich in foil
