  2. Mix in 2 tbsp oil with the meat mixture

  3. Prepare the dough by mixing warm water, sugar, and yeast

  4. Add flour and salt to the yeast mixture and knead

  5. Add 1 tbsp oil to the dough and knead until smooth

  6. Prepare the sauce by melting butter and adding tomato paste

  7. Add tomato juice, water, salt, black pepper, and dried basil to the sauce

  8. Cook the meat mixture in a pan without oven or parchment paper

  9. Brush the dough with yogurt

  10. Combine the cooked meat with the dough

  11. Serve with roasted peppers and tomatoes and the prepare sauce
