In a bowl, combine your mashed banana, nut or seed butter, cinnamon, chia seeds and maple syrup.
Add in pumpkin seeds, raisins and oats and stir until well-combined.
Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to firm up.
Scoop the mixture onto a lined baking sheet (this batch made 6 cookies).
Bake at 375F for about 12 minutes.
Top with flaky salt (optional) and enjoy!
