In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, fry the bacon to your liking and remove from the pan.
In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cooked pasta and spinach to the skillet, tossing everything together to coat in the creamy sauce. Return the Bacon to the skillet and mix to combine.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
