Oma's German Potato Salad
  1. Cook potatoes, cool a bit but still need to be warm. Peel and slice. Add onion, salt and pepper, oil, vinegar, and half of the chicken stock/boullion water (you probably will not need all of it).

  2. Peel cucumber and slice. Add oil and vinegar with a little salt and pepper, let sit 5 min. Add to potato salad and mix well.
