You can mix and match frozen berries based on what you have. Tart cranberries pair well with sweet blueberries and blackberries, and the slightly sweet and tart strawberries and raspberries balance the flavors while providing a variety of nutrients.
The difference between a smoothie and a berry energy drink is the water ratio, which controls the texture. Pour all the berries into a blender, add drinkable cold water and honey. For a smoothie, use 2 ½ cups of water (about 600 ml); for an energy drink, use 1 ⅔ cups of water (about 400 ml).
Blend in the blender for less than a minute, and it's done.
