Cook Bacon and Kielbasa: In a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat, cook the bacon and kielbasa until the bacon is crisp and the kielbasa is browned, about 10-15 minutes. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
Cook Cabbage and Onions: In the same pot, add the onion, cabbage, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add chicken broth, lower the heat, cover, and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring often.
Cook Noodles: Cook the egg noodles as per the package instructions. Drain well.
Combine and Serve: Add the cooked noodles, bacon, and kielbasa back into the pot with the cabbage. Mix well to combine.
Garnish: Garnish with parsley flakes if desired and serve hot.
