Add chicken breasts to crockpot and season with spices.
Top with onion, garlic, beans, green chiles, corn, broth, and cilantro. Stir gently.
Cover and cook on LOW 8 hrs or HIGH 3–4 hrs.
Remove chicken, shred, and return to pot.
Stir in cream cheese and half-and-half. Cook on HIGH 15 mins until creamy.
Serve warm with toppings of choice.
