Pineapple Guava Chia Jam
  1. Chop feijoa: Place feijoa flesh into mixing bowl and chop: 3 sec / speed 4. Scrape down bowl.

  2. Cook with sugar, lime + agar: Add sugar, lime juice and agar agar powder. Cook 10 min / 100°C / speed 1, placing steaming basket on top instead of the measuring cup.

  3. Add chia seeds: Add chia seeds and cook: 30 sec / 100°C / speed 1, again with steaming basket instead of measuring cup.

  4. Jar & set: Transfer immediately into 2 sterilised sealable jars (~250 g each). Seal and leave to set for about 3 hours.

  5. Store in refrigerator. Keeps 1 or 2 weeks. Eat in that time as this is not a sterilized jam.
