Lemon Gnocchi Recipe

    Instructions

  1. Sauté garlic and onion in some vegan butter for a couple of minutes.

  2. Add veggie broth, lemon juice, soy cream, spices and gnocchi. Give it a good stir and let simmer for 5 minutes.

  3. Stir in vegan parmesan, lemon zest and spinach. Cook for another 2 minutes and enjoy!
