Crispy Chicken Wings

These are a fantastic way to achieve crunchy oven-baked chicken wings without the hassle and mess of deep frying them.

    Ingredients

  1. Place chicken wings on a wire rack and place in the refrigerator overnight to remove moisture off the skin.

  2. Put in a large ziplock bag and pour in 5 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp blackening spice, ½ tsp kosher salt, 1 ½ tsp onion powder and 1 tsp garlic powder

  3. Put in the wings back on the tray, skin side up.

  4. Preheat the oven to 300 and put in for 20 min. Take them out.

  5. Crank up the heat to 425 and place them back in when temp is reached for 40 min.
