Rosemary Potatoes - Fabio's Kitchen
  1. Bring large pot to boil.

  2. Peel potatoes. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise, then half again the same way. Then alternate cut the potatoes in chunks. Put potatoes in boiling water to blanch them.

  3. In a large mixing bowl - cut garlic into bowl. Add Sage. Add rosemary. Add the blanched potatoes. Add salt and Pepper. Add Paprika. Add Olive Oil. Mix.

  4. Make parchment paper into disc - 2 sheets. Add potatoes on top of the Parchment. Put disc of potatoes in to an oven safe dish (preferably a round one).

  5. Roast potatoes in oven at 375 for 25-30 mins.

  6. Add fresh herbs to pot. Serve.
