Roughly chop the coriander stalks and leaves.
Remove the seeds from the green pepper and roughly chop it.
Add the chopped coriander, green pepper, and green chillies to a blender.
Add the 1 cup of fresh peeled garlic cloves and 1 cup of skinned fresh ginger to the blender.
Add 1 cup of water and 1 cup of vegetable oil to the blender.
Blend the ingredients until a smooth paste is formed.
The garlic and ginger paste is now ready to use.
