Chicken With Honey & Garlic
  1. Heat wok or the other big frying pan, put there vegetable oil.

  2. Cut chicken in stripes and put it into wok.

  3. Fry for 5-6 minutes on big heat, mix from time to time. Chicken should be a little golden-brown.

  4. Slice onions in feathers add to wok and fry for another 3 minutes.

  5. Add just a little bit of salt (soy sauce is very salty) and sliced garlic.

  6. Mix all together and next add honey and soy sauce.

  7. Mix again, add half glass of water.

  8. Reduce heat and leave it to stew for a while.

  9. Mix potato flour with a little bit of water, add to wok and mix quickly.

  10. Your chicken is almost ready, try if it’s suitably salty and sweet, and if it’s needed add some soy sauce or honey.

  11. Serve with rice for ex. basmati or brown rice and chilli sauce.
