Spinach-artichoke Hummus
  1. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, cumin, garlic, lemon juice, and heavy pinch of salt and pepper

  2. Process until very smooth, scraping the bowl as needed

  3. Add the artichoke hearts, spinach, Parmesan, yogurt, and oregano and pulse until a chunky dip forms

  4. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper

  5. Transfer to a bowl and serve
